Ongoing

Lines of Business

Two Paths.
One Agency.

Whether you want to write Medicare or build a P&C book, we have structured compensation and support for both.

Medicare is a relationship business. The goal is not only to write the first enrollment — it is to retain the client, earn referrals, and build a book that continues producing year after year.

Medicare CompensationAmountWhen It Applies
Approved Enrollment $200 Outside AEP
AEP Approved Enrollment $150 During AEP
12-Month Retention Bonus $200 When the client remains active for 12 months
♻️
Medicare Retention Creates Long-Term Value
Example: 50 approved Medicare enrollments outside AEP equals $10,000 upfront. If those 50 clients remain active for 12 months, that can create another $10,000 in retention bonuses. That is how a book starts compounding.
Pay Schedule: Medicare commissions are paid monthly after carrier compensation is received and enrollment is confirmed. AEP enrollments with January 1 effective dates are generally paid after effectuation is confirmed.

Auto, Home, Commercial Insurance, and Workers Compensation are built around renewals. First-year income matters, but the long-term money comes from keeping accounts on the books and cross-selling the household or business.

🚗

Auto Insurance

Agents earn 6–8% commission on new business and 4–6% residual commission on renewals. Auto creates frequent opportunities to add home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance.

6–8% New Business · 4–6% Residuals
🏠

Home Insurance

Home policies often create stronger account value due to higher premiums and bundling opportunities. Retained homeowners can produce renewal income year after year.

6–8% New Business · 4–6% Residuals
🏗️

Workers Compensation

Workers Comp and commercial accounts can produce larger premiums and higher advance opportunities. Contractors, trades, restaurants, and local businesses often need multiple policies.

Higher Premium Accounts
♻️
P&C Residual Income — 4–6% on Renewals
On top of new-business commission, retained Auto and Home accounts can create 4–6% residual commission at renewal. The more quality accounts you retain, the more your renewal income can stack.
How P&C Income Compounds
1Write the first policy
2Bundle the account
3Add commercial or life
4Retain the renewal yearly
Pay Schedule: Property & Casualty commissions are paid every two weeks after carrier compensation is received and the policy is active. Actual commission varies by carrier, product, line of business, and chargeback rules.

Earning Potential

Build the Pipeline.
Then Build Beyond Six Figures.

The first year is about learning the systems, following up consistently, and building a pipeline. Once that book starts renewing, strong producers can move well beyond first-year income.

Medicare Example: Strong Medicare agents can earn around $80,000–$120,000 in the first year when they work the leads, follow up, and retain business. Once a pipeline is built, retention bonuses, referrals, and enrollment seasons can push established producers well beyond six figures.
Auto, Home & Commercial Example Ranges
Bi-weekly pay · renewal residual opportunity

Active Auto & Home producer
Common Goal

Top Tier
P&C and Workers Comp Example: Auto and Home agents can build steady income through new policies and renewals. Workers Compensation and commercial agents often have higher advance opportunities because the premiums are larger. Top commercial and Workers Comp producers can reach approximately $140,000–$180,000 with consistent production.
Earnings Disclaimer: Earnings shown are examples only and are not guarantees of future income. Actual earnings vary based on licensing status, production, lead availability, market conditions, carrier rules, retention, chargebacks, client persistency, and individual effort.

Commission Timing

Simple Pay Timing.
No Guesswork.

Medicare commissions are paid monthly. Auto, Home, and Commercial/P&C commissions are paid every two weeks once carrier compensation is received and the policy is active.
